These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LingoInstant mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by LingoInstant Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using LingoInstant, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
LingoInstant provides:
Real-time two-way text translation between users
Instant multilingual communication tools
Language conversion for live conversations
LingoInstant is not:
A certified translation service
A legal translation provider
A professional interpretation service
Translations are generated automatically and may not always be 100% accurate.
2. Eligibility
By using LingoInstant, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
Not use the App for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the service
Not misuse the translation system for spam or malicious purposes
You are solely responsible for the content you submit for translation.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
Translations are generated automatically using machine translation technology
Results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
LingoInstant does not guarantee translation precision
You agree not to rely solely on the App for:
Legal matters
Medical advice
Immigration decisions
Financial agreements
Contracts
Critical professional communications
Use of translated content is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including:
Software
Design
Logo
Branding
Content
Technology
Are owned by LingoInstant Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Modify the source code
Use our branding without written permission
Create derivative works based on our platform
6. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If LingoInstant offers paid features:
Subscription fees will be clearly displayed
Payments are processed through official app stores
Subscription renewals may occur automatically unless canceled
Refund policies are subject to Google Play or Apple App Store terms
Failure to pay may result in restricted access to premium features.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
LingoInstant is provided “as is” and “as available”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We are not liable for translation inaccuracies
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on translated content
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Update the App without prior notice
Restrict access in certain regions
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal activity
Abuse the platform
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Your use of LingoInstant is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services
